Courtney Rineer
Managing Attorney
Lawyer Courtney Rineer graduated cum laude from New York Law School in 2004. During her first year of law school, she had a professor who sparked an interest in immigration that turned into a passion. She began working in a law firm dedicated solely to the practice of immigration law during her second year of law school and has only ever worked in immigration since. For five years, Courtney worked in a boutique immigration law firm in New York City focusing on all aspects of business and family immigration but especially focused on employment-based green card applications (also known as PERM).
In 2019, Courtney launched Magnolia Immigration Law, a boutique law firm in Orlando, FL dedicated to providing legal advice in the areas of business and family immigration. An active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since she was a law school student, Courtney is a proud Board Member of the AILA Central Florida Chapter, as well as a Board Member of the nonprofit organization, Orlando Center for Justice, which bridges the gap in access to immigration services. She also volunteers with local non-profit organizations, including Legal Aid, to provide immigration services to those in need.
